Oh life has a way of shedding some light
On things not seen before
Yes situations come up to wake you up
So no longer you can ignore

I see your children they come and go
So much they take in stride

Instead they rely on TRADITIONS OF MEN
Being set up to BELIEVE THE LIE

Your heart cries out come here my child
There's danger up ahead
But they REFUSE to listen
And do THEIR THING instead

Lord I know now how you feel
When you've done all you can do
To turn men's hearts right to you
And they don't even have a clue

They say let me be . . . I'll come in time
I'm just not ready yet
And when they do they'll be caught off guard
