This was a poem that I wrote about my Dad...straight from my heart, I write about how I feel about my wonderful Father.

My Dad

Let me tell you about a man
Who means the world to me
When trouble comes and storm clouds rise
Right HERE, that's where he'll be

He's sacrificed so much FOR ME
So I could have THE BEST
He's met my needs and neglected his
So I could be at rest

He's always made sure I had food to eat
He's made sure I had clothes to wear
He's always concerned with my happiness
That I don't have TOO MUCH to bear

He's provided me love like my Father above
See MY DAD, NOT ONCE, let me down
He's given me confidence in myself
He assures me, there's no need to frown

MY DAD has molded me into what I am
There's no limit to what I can do
The opportunities are limitless
The hindrances are only a few

MY DAD is an example of my Lord above
My PROTECTOR, My PROVIDER, My Lord
When ever I see him I'm reminded of
The LOVE He constantly pours

I BOAST, I BRAG, about MY DAD
You see he's one of a kind
Nobody else could take his place
He'll ALWAYS and FOREVER be mine....
