You Can Lean On Me

My son no need to worry
I assure you that I'm near
I feel your hurt . . . I know your pain
Just know that I am here

I'll take you through this final test
Just put your trust in Me
What's done by those in darkness
Others soon shall see

I am alone the Righteous Judge
I know those things they do
And when this test is over
They'll regret ever hurting you

Just lean on Me . . . I'll lift you up
High above the storm
I'll mend you back together
From being rejected, neglected, and worn

Son lean on me, I'm in control
Your son . . . He's in My hand
Just remember all I've told you
And then, just simply stand

Lean on Me, you'll never fall
See I'm God MORE THAN ENOUGH
And when this battle is over
It's YOU . . . who'll be STANDING TALL
