Spiritual Like Me

I delivered pizza for Dominos but pizza makes you fat
Surely GOD would not be pleased with me doing that


So I quit that job and then I got a job in a convenience store
But selling alcohol was wrong and something I could not ignore


So I quit that job and began to work in a grocery store
But they sold lottery tickets and I couldn't do that anymore


So I quit that job and got a job working on a farm
But they worked on Sunday and it was doing me spiritual harm


So I quit that job and worked third shift at a factory
But the church could not make provision for fellowship for me


So I quit that job and stay at home in GOD's perfect will
I wonder who will help me pay off this mountain of bills


Trusting GOD and my welfare check will provide all my needs
As I go about sinlessly not doing compromising deeds 


How can people easily compromise what they believe
Why aren't there more people spiritual like me

Imagine you are deep in a cave and suddenly there is no light except for your candle. People will be drawn to your light not you. The same is true spiritually as we live and interact in our neighborhoods, schools, jobs and churches. There is enought darkness in this world without us trying to blow out each others "little" lights.
