Get Over It!

Are you having writer's block
And need some motivation?
Well pick up the bible
And let it be your stimulation.
And Get Over It!

Are you discouraged
Because of letters of rejection
When you think your work is good?
Well do some meditation,
Say a prayer and do some spiritual reflection.
And Get Over It!

Are you scared
of criticism from your writing groups?
So you do not even post or submit.
The only judgement you need to consider is God’s.
His wisdom and knowledge is well documented and lit.
So Get Over It!

All of your writing trials and tribulations
Are turned inside out and upside down
Just by having God in your life
And ALWAYS keeping Him around!

While At Church

There is a place I like to go
Outside of my apartment to let my juices flow.
It is a place where I receive ministry
About a heavenly and divine Dynamo.
 
It is a place where I sing some gospel.
And read Gods word in the bible.
I get the spirit and my brain starts going.
Then on a pad I start to dabble.
 
I easily overcome the dreaded writers block
While in Gods house, while at church, 
Creativity is unlocked.
