Was It Suddenly...Or In the Plan of God????

We have lost a fellow co-worker, friend, named Vance Givens.  He was vacationing with his family on the Outer Banks and while he was swimming a tide took him in.  Some of us have mixed emotions about this ‘sudden’ occurrence.  But was it a ‘sudden’ occurrence or did God plan it all along?  Poets can you please respond poetically to this tragedy and offer a WORD.
